Bauer Media stated this week "Don't underestimate radios power as an advertising medium". Although Radio is not seen as quite so modern an outlet as TV, it still has a hugely persuasive power as an advertising tool. Heavy radio advertisers like Coca Cola and Red Bull will agree. Radio is also a growing media thanks to the arrival of digital platforms, which are being used massively by the likes of Radio 1 etc.
With 84, 500,000 radios in Britain's homes I'd say Radio is still loved.
